About the role
Required skills and duties:
• Skilled at designing products around user and business needs
• Strong knowledge of design standards for web, mobile, and responsive design
• Expert in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design software
• Familiar with user research methods and process, usability testing, and analysis of the results
• Able to document the design process: personas, user journey maps, user flows, and so on
• Able to build product prototypes for testing
• Familiar with design systems and UI design principles
• Familiar with Hotjar and Google Analytics
• Work with the product team through the design process to evaluate ideas and solutions
• Coordinate with the front-end development team

Requirements:
• Strong command of Sketch
• Self-motivated, with a critical eye for detail, deadlines, and reporting

• Willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and adaptability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning
• Able to produce pixel-perfect, production-ready assets
• Fluent in English
• Mastery of prototyping tools is a priority
