Thank you for visiting the Maghzrayaneh website or Application. We hope you have a good experience with us. Please read the Maghzrayaneh terms and conditions in full. This document sets out all of the terms and conditions for using and buying services from the Maghzrayaneh website or from Novin Pardazan Maghzrayaneh.
The Maghzrayaneh Application provides computer service at your location, on-site computer services, and computer services with free support. Maghzrayaneh aims to save you time and money and to make things easy for you. In these rules, Maghzrayaneh means the Maghzrayaneh Application. We are an independent on-site computer service group. We are not part of, or backed by, any organization or group.
Article 1 - Definitions and terms
The terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:
1-1 Company: Novin Pardazan Maghzrayaneh, the company that provides the Maghzrayaneh Services.
1-2 Maghzrayaneh: the software services the Company provides for on-site computer service and computer support.
1-3 Application: the Company's own software. Users and the Company's business partners are given the right to use the Maghzrayaneh Services, and temporary use of the Application, under the conditions set out in the Private Agreement and in this document.
1-4 Private Agreement: a written or electronic agreement between the Company and a User, or between the Company and its business partners, for temporary use of the Maghzrayaneh software.
1-5 User: a natural or legal person, whether a user or a customer, who connects to the Application over the internet and uses the Maghzrayaneh Services under these terms and conditions.
Article 2 - Using Maghzrayaneh
The User agrees to enter the information we ask for in the Maghzrayaneh Service correctly, and to keep it up to date.
Each person may hold only one customer account on Maghzrayaneh.
The User is responsible for every activity carried out through their account on Maghzrayaneh or through any other service connected to Maghzrayaneh. The User is also responsible for keeping their account details safe, including their username and password. If those details are lost or stolen, the User must tell the Company as soon as possible. Until the Company has been told, the User stays responsible for everything that has been done, and is done, through that account.
The User may not let any other person or company use their account, and may not transfer their account to another person or company.
In certain circumstances Maghzrayaneh may ask a User to verify their identity before they use the Service. If the User does not give the Company enough information, the Company may block the account and refuse to provide the Service.
Maghzrayaneh commits that its technicians will not smoke, and will not take part in any unusual activity that upsets the customer, while the Maghzrayaneh Services are being provided.
By using the Maghzrayaneh Service, the User agrees not to use Maghzrayaneh for any activity that is illegal under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or contrary to public standards. The User may not have with them any prohibited item, such as alcoholic drinks, drugs, weapons, or any other item or animal that the law of the Islamic Republic of Iran does not permit.
The User agrees never to use the Maghzrayaneh Service in any way that damages Maghzrayaneh or its partners.
Maghzrayaneh may give Users codes as gifts. Entering one of these codes in the app may take a percentage off the service fee, return a percentage of the service fee to the User afterwards, or add a set amount to the User's Maghzrayaneh account.
The User agrees not to transfer or sell codes to anyone else. The User may not publish these codes publicly either, even if Maghzrayaneh has published them in public spaces, unless Maghzrayaneh has formally given permission. The User agrees that the credit in their account, however it was gained (by adding credit through a bank gateway, by entering discount codes Maghzrayaneh gives them, or by any other method), can only be used for the Maghzrayaneh Service and cannot be taken as cash.
The User agrees that codes given to add credit or to reduce service fees may expire. Because Maghzrayaneh does not charge Users anything for these codes, the Company reserves the right to change the amount or percentage these codes affect, even after they are published, or to cancel them if needed. If the Company finds that a code was used because of a technical error, because of a violation, or unlawfully, it may cancel the code or remove the credit that was added to the account as a result.
The User, as a customer, commits to telling Maghzrayaneh in advance when they want the visit and the gender of the technician they want, so that Maghzrayaneh can plan and send a technician to the location as the customer asks. After the service is finished, the User agrees not to use, in any way, information they gained through the Maghzrayaneh Service from customers or from Maghzrayaneh. Saving customer details on a mobile phone, or by any other method, also breaks Maghzrayaneh's rules. The User also agrees to use the customer information shown to them in the Maghzrayaneh Service only when it is truly necessary while the service is being done. That use must follow public standards and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
By using the Maghzrayaneh Service, the User agrees not to turn Maghzrayaneh into a way to advertise or market their own goods while the work is being done, and not to introduce or offer products of their own or of anyone else.
The User agrees to follow all of the Islamic, Sharia, ethical, and social laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including wearing appropriate hijab when using Maghzrayaneh.
The User confirms that they have read the Maghzrayaneh privacy text and accept it. The customer accepts that they will not leave their important or valuable documents, papers, and items - gold, cash, jewelry, and other valuables - unattended within reach of the Maghzrayaneh technician, and that they will keep them under their own control. Before the technician leaves, the customer will also check their household belongings and report any possible shortage before the technician goes.
The Maghzrayaneh technician accepts that they will do their very best to look after everything in the customer's home, and that they themselves must answer to the customer for any damage.
Article 3 - Fees and payment
The User agrees that there is no refund of the service fees the User pays Maghzrayaneh for services already performed.
The User agrees that Maghzrayaneh sets the service fee in advance, and that they cannot object to the fee after using the service.
The service fee can only be paid through the methods Maghzrayaneh sets. These methods are:
paying with credit inside the mobile app, paying online to add credit, and paying cash to Maghzrayaneh. The User agrees that the fee for a service may change with the features of the service given, including its type, when it takes place, where it takes place, or other factors.
The User agrees that they must pay the Company for the service no matter what problem occurs in the Maghzrayaneh app during online payment. If a fault in the app, or a connection problem such as the internet or the mobile network, makes paying through the Application impossible, the customer must still pay for the service. In that case payment can be made by arrangement with the Company's Maghzrayaneh office, or by other methods. If the customer has not paid for any reason, including app problems, the Company has the right to take the cost of the service out of the User's Maghzrayaneh credit.
The User agrees never to send a service request to Maghzrayaneh unless they really intend to use the Maghzrayaneh Service. If a request is accepted and the User then does not come to the place set as the service location, the Company may, at its own discretion, take a penalty out of their credit or collect it from them, because breaking Maghzrayaneh's rules damages Maghzrayaneh's reputation and standing.
The User accepts that if any damage is done to Maghzrayaneh's tools or equipment, the Company has the right to take these costs out of the credit in that User's Maghzrayaneh account or to collect them from them.
The Maghzrayaneh technician agrees not to ask for any money beyond the amount the Application has already stated. Any claim for extra money, under any heading, has nothing to do with Maghzrayaneh.
The customer does not have to pay any extra money, under any heading, such as the difficulty of the work, a gift, or a loan. Any extra payment is their own personal choice and has nothing to do with Maghzrayaneh. Maghzrayaneh does not approve of or encourage extra payments in any way, and asks the customer to report any such case to Maghzrayaneh.
Maghzrayaneh's own duty: with everything it has, including a 24-hour customer service unit, a customer voice unit, and mediation, Maghzrayaneh does all it can to satisfy Users, to settle the disputes that come up between Users while the Maghzrayaneh Services are provided and used, and to bring about reconciliation between them.
Through its own oversight, Maghzrayaneh works to give Users a quality service, and to watch over safety, service delivery times, and the quality and safety of any products bought through the Maghzrayaneh Services.
Maghzrayaneh does its best to deliver the service that its valued Users ask for, but it gives no guarantee that the service will run on every device or on every communication network (the internet, mobile telephone networks, and others).
Article 5 - User responsibilities
Responsibility for all acts and conduct of Users, customers, and technicians that come from not following the enacted laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran rests on the person who broke the law. That includes the Islamic Penal Code (committing a crime while a service is being performed) and civil law (damage to a User's property). Maghzrayaneh has no responsibility at all for these acts and conduct, and will have none. Maghzrayaneh may deactivate the offender and take legal action against them through the competent authorities to enforce its legal rights.
Any action by Users that damages Maghzrayaneh's commercial reputation, name, or standing is treated as a breach of these contractual and legal terms. Maghzrayaneh then has the right to deactivate the User and to take legal action against them to claim damages and enforce its legal rights.
Users of Maghzrayaneh are responsible for following all of the country's laws and regulations. The rules for the items a User brings are set out below. The customer must not have the following at the location: explosives, ignitable materials, toxic, acid, disease-causing, or foul-smelling substances, flammable or fuel liquids and solids, and radioactive materials and items. The Maghzrayaneh technician must not have the following at the location: explosives, ignitable materials, toxic, acid, disease-causing, or foul-smelling substances, flammable or fuel liquids and solids, radioactive materials and items, any firearm or bladed weapon, drugs, alcoholic drinks, and any other substance that is unusual or against the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Requesting a service without the customer present (the owner, the tenant, or their representative) is prohibited for the Maghzrayaneh technician, and they have no right to request or perform the service in that case. If this rule is not followed, all responsibility arising from this breach rests on the people who carried it out, and Maghzrayaneh has the right to cut off access and to pursue legal action, including claiming damages from the offender. Technical matters: the User must make no attempt to extract the source code (Source Code) of Maghzrayaneh software, including decompiling (Decompile), reverse engineering (Reverse Engineering), or similar activity, unless permission to do that has been issued lawfully.
The User may not use Framing, Mirroring, or any other method to offer another copy of the Maghzrayaneh Service on other servers. The User may not change the Maghzrayaneh software, or the way Maghzrayaneh provides its service, or interfere with either.
The User has no right to run a program or script for Indexing on the Service, to study it, or to carry out any data-mining activity on it.
The User may not do anything to get unlawful or unauthorized access to any part of the Maghzrayaneh Service, or to any service connected with Maghzrayaneh.
Article 6 - Suspending or stopping the service
If the Company or a business partner decides, for any reason, that one of the Users could put the safety or good order of the business, or of other Users, at risk, it may act at its own discretion. It can block that account, or refuse access to the services, either temporarily or permanently. If Users do not meet the duties in these terms and conditions, or if their access to the Maghzrayaneh Services or to a business partner is dangerous or undesirable, the Company has the right to remove that User's access to the Maghzrayaneh Services. In that case the User has no right to raise any claim or objection.
Article 7 - Intellectual property in the Maghzrayaneh software
The material and intellectual ownership of the Maghzrayaneh software and of everything that goes with it (including the name, the trademark, and the services offered under that name) belongs to the Company. As a result:
1- Users may use the services it offers only in a limited, non-exclusive way, under the terms of this Agreement. That use gives them no right of ownership in the Maghzrayaneh software or in any related intellectual property, and no permission to use the name, trademark, logo, or anything similar.
2- Users cannot change, reproduce, or rewrite the Maghzrayaneh software, or use it to make a similar program.
3- Users may not use the services of the Maghzrayaneh software except under the terms set out in this Agreement. They have no right to rent, sell, or in general transfer the Maghzrayaneh software or the rights that come from it.
4- Users cannot get unauthorized access to any of the services, programs, or the network connected to the servers, and cannot try to do so. They also cannot use reverse engineering or a decompiler to reach the high-level code or the machine language.
6-5- Users cannot clone the program or use part of the program inside another program.
Article 8 - Content created by users
Maghzrayaneh may sometimes let Users post photos, text, audio files, video files, or similar files on the website or blog, in the mobile app, or in other parts of the Service. Users still own every item (text, photo, audio file, video file, and so on) that is submitted to the Service this way. But by submitting it to the services connected with Maghzrayaneh, Users give Maghzrayaneh the right to publish it, in digital or printed form, anywhere and at any time, for any purpose. Maghzrayaneh may also pass the right to publish this Content on to other people or companies.
Article 9 - Remote agreement
The User agrees that, to make the exchange of information easier, all changes and additions to these rules and regulations will be made through Maghzrayaneh's computer system. That includes changing or adding conditions, and sending warnings and notices about Maghzrayaneh. The User accepts that they know about this condition and how it is carried out, and they agree that it applies.
The User is responsible for protecting the account. By accepting that responsibility, the User treats every data message sent from their account as their own. Any claim that denies, doubts, or alleges the forging of a data message sent from that account cannot be heard and is rejected. The User accepts that any process, format, or wording that confirms and states acceptance of the data messages Maghzrayaneh sends counts as an electronic signature and as acceptance, and any claim about that signature or acceptance cannot be heard and is rejected.
By registering with the Maghzrayaneh Service, the User shows their intent and willingness to accept the carrying out of any legal act, including contracts and transactions made remotely and through a computer system, by using or accessing the Maghzrayaneh website, reading what is on it, or buying services. Whether or not you register on the site, you accept these terms and conditions.
Placing an order in the store also means, at any time, that the User fully accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Maghzrayaneh website. These terms and conditions replace all earlier agreements.
Article 10 - Who counts as a customer or User
A customer or User is anyone who places an order, or in any way uses Maghzrayaneh's products, with the user details they gave in the store's order form or at sign-up. Because Maghzrayaneh is a website of online service products, a customer or consumer is anyone who buys a virtual digital service. Placing an order is not the receipt of a physical product; what you receive is the expert's service.
Article 11 - Electronic communications
When you use the Maghzrayaneh Services and place an online order, we communicate with you electronically. If your request follows all of our principles and procedures, you agree that Maghzrayaneh may answer it electronically (by email), by SMS, or even by a phone call from head office.
The phone number the customer puts in their profile is the only mobile number Maghzrayaneh accepts for them, and all messages and replies from Maghzrayaneh go through it.
Users are responsible for keeping their account and password private, and they carry all responsibility for activity done under their account or password.
The official site for this service is maghzrayaneh.ir. We do not contact you in any way other than messages sent from the official, verified addresses given on this site. The Maghzrayaneh website has no web address other than this one. It has no blog and no account in internet chat programs such as Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, or anything like them, and we never contact you through those methods. To contact us, Users may only use the contact details on the Maghzrayaneh contact page.
Maghzrayaneh holds itself bound to respect the privacy of its Users. If you see any breach of that, please tell us through the contact channels named above.
Article 12 - Refunds
Maghzrayaneh can refund a fee you have paid only when the service you ordered conflicts with what we promised you in the guarantee section. The customer must send their request to Maghzrayaneh through our contact form.
Privacy
User privacy matters a great deal to Maghzrayaneh. This part explains how Maghzrayaneh stores and uses the information that is recorded when Users use our services on the Maghzrayaneh system, and why Users are asked for access permission.
Information we collect
The information you enter into Maghzrayaneh yourself.
Some of the information Maghzrayaneh stores is what you give directly during sign-up, when you request a service, when you call, in online chat, or through similar methods in the Application. This information includes first name, last name, mobile phone number, address, email address, and details of that kind.
For the details Users enter, such as first name, last name, email, place of residence, and location, Maghzrayaneh commits that this information stays safe with the developer, that it will never be misused, and that it will not be given to any third party, person or organization.
Information stored as a result of your use of the Service.
As well as the information you enter directly in the Application, some information generated by your use of the Service is also stored on Maghzrayaneh. That information is described below:
Location information
When you use the Maghzrayaneh Services, your location is stored, along with the time the Maghzrayaneh experts are at your location.
Use of information
Maghzrayaneh is responsible for keeping and protecting all of the information named above, so that no unauthorized person, whether natural or legal, has any right to access it. If the competent judicial authorities make a request or issue an order for user information, including information Users gave directly, Maghzrayaneh is required to provide the information those authorities ask for.

Service guarantee
The Maghzrayaneh team checks and reviews every fault a customer reports, and if a defect is confirmed we take the steps needed to fix it. We promise to give you the service with the best quality and skill. We guarantee the acceptable quality of the services offered on the Maghzrayaneh website and Application, and we assure you that what is written in the service description matches what you receive.
Support
When you place an order on the Maghzrayaneh website, you get support for the product or products you bought. Maghzrayaneh supports technical problems with a file, and problems with downloading products bought from the Maghzrayaneh website and Application, for one week. If you cannot use the product you ordered, or do not know how to use it, that is not Maghzrayaneh's responsibility.
Maghzrayaneh has no sales office or after-sales service office anywhere in the country. All services, financial transactions, and any other service we can provide are handled through the head office. If you see any breach of this, report it to Maghzrayaneh through our contact page so that it can be pursued legally.
