What Service fees includes
Maghzrayaneh works out the service fee, and our experts give it to you up front for your convenience. If the fault in your computer turns out to be different from the one we first found, the expert shows you the company invoice and settles the exact price with you.
Chances are you have had to format a computer and install a fresh copy of Windows more than once. When that happens, you also need the drivers for the sound card, the graphics card, and the audio system. After that, the programs you use every day, such as Microsoft Office and Photoshop, have to go back on the machine too.
Windows can also lose speed for any number of reasons, or your system can pick up a virus and leave you with no clear way to clean it up.
After a fresh Windows install you always need the sound card, graphics card, and audio drivers back on the machine, plus the programs you run your day-to-day work in, such as Office.
How we price services and repairs
A few years back, a computer problem meant carrying the machine to a repair shop. That cost money and time, and the shop you walked into may have had no real specialty in the field at all, just a counter opened to empty people's pockets. A shop like that cannot fix the fault it is looking at, and it often adds new ones.
If you need a skilled team you can trust to get computer service work done accurately and in as little time as possible, Maghzrayaneh is that team. One of the advantages of working with us is what happens after the job: you can ask our support about any problem or question that comes up, and the answer is completely free.
On top of that, Maghzrayaneh offers guidance and help. Specialists in computers and computer equipment work on your problem alongside the team and get it solved.
What services does Maghzrayaneh offer?
You can hand the whole job of replacing Windows on your desktop or laptop to a Maghzrayaneh specialist and take delivery of an up-to-date machine with peace of mind. If you ask for it, the specialist takes a full backup of your files before installing Windows. Then the Windows version you want goes on, followed by your drivers and the software you have chosen, so you end up with a current, fully updated computer. Your applications have to go on the machine after Windows too: the Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Firefox and Google Chrome as your internet browsers, the desktop versions of Skype, Telegram, and WhatsApp, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, disc and DVD burning tools, and any other program you use. Once Windows is in, it's also worth running the newest antivirus you can get to stop the damage viruses and malware cause.

How much does on-site computer repair cost?
The fee for on-site Windows installation depends on the service you choose. One option is the Windows install by a Maghzrayaneh specialist on its own. Installing the drivers and software, taking a full backup of your files, and putting antivirus on each carry a separate cost, and the price of every one of these services is fully transparent. If there is any difference in price, Maghzrayaneh experts give you the official invoice.
One of the first questions a potential customer asks us is what the services and the repairs cost. Maghzrayaneh fees can vary a lot. They depend on how complex your setup and your repairs are, what your business needs, how many users the technology has to serve, and any extra projects you may need run. The list goes on.
